Decades of baking experience starting in her home country of Germany, Baking Educator, Private Chef experiences and Hobby Cheesemaker, Former Business Owner.

Elisa Sabatini, Via International

30+ years of experience in community development. Elisa is President of Via International, located in Bread and Salt, the new site for the bakery. Via is providing a home for the new business and will be contributing the sale of products sourced from community ventures, including honey from Mexicali and coffee from small producers in Mexico and Guatemala.

Beryl Forman, Beryl's Old World Olive Bread

15 Years of Baking Experience, Founder of home based baking/artisan food item business, 15+ years supporting small business community/economic development & urban planning in San Diego.

Aureny Aranda, Au Gourmet

Culinary Education in Mexico City, Former Cafe Business Owner, Olivewood Garden Kitchenista, Founder of Au Gourmet, catering and baking business.
